Large-Venue Projection

It starts with the spec

A projector on its own is not a system. We measure throw distance, ambient light, and screen size, then choose the lumens, lens, and screen material that keep the image sharp and bright, whether the lights are down for a service or up for a daytime assembly.

As a licensed C-7 low-voltage contractor, we handle mounting, power, signal routing, and screen installation, then align and calibrate the system so it looks right from the front row to the back, across San Bernardino and Riverside counties.

Spec It Right

How Bright Does Your Projector Need to Be?

Lumens should match the light in the room, here's where we start before spec'ing one.

Dim / Controlled2,000–3,000 lm

Home theaters and dark boardrooms where you control every light source.

Conference Room3,500–5,000 lm

Some ambient light and blinds, the everyday meeting-room sweet spot.

Bright / Classroom5,000–7,000 lm

Windows and overhead lights on, keeping the image punchy without dimming.

Large Venue7,500 lm+

Long throws and big screens for sanctuaries, halls, and lecture spaces.

Projection FAQ

Projection Systems, Answered

The questions we get most when scoping a project.

How many lumens do we need?
It depends on screen size and how much light is in the room. A dim worship room needs far fewer lumens than a daytime gym or lobby. We measure your space and spec a projector bright enough to stay sharp without overpaying.
Projection or LED, which is right for us?
Projection is often the better value for large images in controlled light, like auditoriums and worship rooms. LED wins in bright rooms and where you need a permanent, high-impact wall. We will tell you honestly which fits your space and budget.
What kind of screen do you recommend?
That depends on light and viewing angle. We match screen size, gain, and material, fixed or motorized, to your room so the image stays bright and even across the seating area.
Can you tie projection into our existing AV?
Yes. We route and scale your sources, presentation, video, cameras, and streaming, so the projector shows exactly what you need from one simple control setup.
Do you handle mounting and calibration?
Yes. As a licensed C-7 contractor we handle mounting, power, signal, and screen installation, then align and calibrate the system so it looks right from every seat.
How long does a projection install take?
Most rooms are installed within a day or two once equipment is on site. We give you a realistic schedule and work around your services or business hours.
