Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, submitting a form, or engaging Inland AV Solutions, Inc. for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Our Services

IAVS designs, supplies, and installs commercial and residential audio-visual and low-voltage systems across the Inland Empire. We are a licensed C-7 Low Voltage Systems Contractor (CA License #117942). The specific scope of any project is defined in the written proposal or agreement for that project, which controls if it conflicts with anything on this website.

Quotes & Estimates

Quotes, estimates, and proposals are provided for planning purposes and are not a final contract until accepted in writing by both parties. Pricing is based on the information available at the time and on current equipment costs and availability, and it may change if the scope, site conditions, or product pricing change. Estimates are valid for the period stated on the quote.

Scheduling & Access

Installation dates are scheduled by mutual agreement. You agree to provide safe and timely access to the work site and to ensure the space is ready for installation. Delays caused by site readiness, access, other trades, or product availability may affect the timeline, and we will work with you to reschedule as needed.

Payment Terms

Payment terms, including any deposit, progress payments, and final balance, are set out in your project proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due on the terms stated on the invoice. Equipment and materials remain the property of IAVS until paid in full.

Warranties

IAVS warrants that installation labor will be performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. Equipment and products are covered by the applicable manufacturer warranties, which we pass through to you. Except as expressly stated in your project agreement, IAVS makes no other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, power surges, acts of nature, or normal wear.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IAVS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of this website or the services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a project will not exceed the amount you paid to IAVS for that project.
